Refund Policy

The StrategyVault  system is a digital download and we do not offer refunds once the customer has been granted access to our slack group and also given access to our trading algorithms on Tradingview or MT4 or 5 . Customers must understand there is a lot of programing in added them to our system and also removing them as well therefore we have a no refund policy for this reason. 

Removal of our services

When a StrategyVault  member breaches the Terms & Conditions and we  have sufficient evidence to prove this, the member will be removed from services until pending investigation. The investigation will last ten days for StrategyVault  to gather all the information needed. The member also has the right to offer their part too. On the tenth day, a decision will be made and emailed to the member in question. Once a decision is made, that decision is final.
